Apple-Butter Bakery is a peanut-free facility. We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination with pecans and walnuts used in our carrot and german chocolate cakes though we cannot guarantee such occurrence. We are proud to offer vegan cakes and are able to provide most flavors with a sugar substitute upon request but do not provide gluten free products as of yet.
